CEM Electric can design and manufacture a complete skid mounted or packaged system for specific or unique applications. CEM Electric Systems are compactly designed, engineered to be efficient, and thoroughly tested to perform to specifications. Materials ranging from mild carbon to exotic alloys can be used. The selections are based upon temperature, pressure, corrosion considerations, and metallurgic properties. Heat treating for stress relief, passivation, cathodic protection, specialized welding or machining can be provided
Skid mounted heating assemblies act as stand-alone systems. Installation is reduced to offloading, setting the unit in place at the site, and providing process and electrical connections. Heater connections and control wiring are complete. Process controls can be mounted on the skid or remote. CEM Electric Heating Systems and Assemblies can be considered whenever large volumes are being heated or when an application requires a significant temperature rise. Processes are not limited to liquids, but can include the heating of gasses or vapors. Process Heating Systems can also be used as superheaters to elevate air, steam, petroleum distillates, heat transfer of oils, water, combined gasses or solutions and organic vapors. |
The requirements of many hydrocarbon or chemical processing facilities, paper mills, the manufacturing of construction materials, and the public utilities among many others are regularly met. Extensive experience, along with the in-house manufacturing of ASME coded pressure vessels and UL Listed Control Panels and other certifications offer more capabilities to meet varied requirements. CEM Electric can also provide CSA and other approvals on moisture and explosion proof terminal enclosures. From Just a couple of kilowatts of power, CEM Electric can supply everything from concept through manufacturing...to delivery...to startup...with single source responsibility. |
